We’re not your average agency.
We make experiences that move people. That amaze and inspire them. Experiences that reach above business goals to deliver something so real and remarkable they implant memories in minds.
As a creative partner like no other, what we do isn’t just about transactions—it’s about connections. Bridging with wow and wonder the gap between brand and consumer. Between challenge and achievement. Between IRL and URL.
Because good vibes multiply. Lift one person and that influence can spread worldwide. From one individual to the next, it can move so many others to dream beyond what’s believed to be possible.
We’re not your average agency—we’re IDL.
In this moment of reckoning across our nation, we at IDL take to heart the deep inequities present in every facet of our society. Like so many others, we are committed to humbly listening, learning, acknowledging our shortcomings, and course correcting on the matter of equity advocacy.
We have a responsibility to our people, our business partners, and our communities to actively engage the conversation surrounding race, gender, and cultural equality within our workplace and industry. Our public commitments are to:
Implement diversity training and educate ourselves on workplace inclusivity on an ongoing basis.
Further re-assess and refine our recruiting and hiring practices to seek out diverse talent with measurable goals and timelines.
Actively engage in community initiatives that promote racial equality and inclusion within the markets we live and work in.
Commit time and resources to support BIPOC owned businesses, brands, and organizations within our own industry of retail, events, and consumer experience.
Take immediate as well as sustained, long-term action towards these goals.
We need to fight racism with accountability and longevity. As always, we promise to strive to do better than we have in the past, not because it’s relevant but because it’s right.
A multi-disciplinary designer out of IDL's Baltimore studio, Alyssa's background is in traditional graphic design and art direction.
When it comes to creating experiences for brands, Alyssa focuses on building relationships with clients while approaching each project with curiosity and empathy, catering to the ability to create and design for a more impactful and meaningful experience across the board.
Alyssa loves to cook and has even done a stint working alongside a celebrity chef in LA. To her, being in the kitchen is a creative outlet where she can escape the screens and use her hands. Her forte? Healthy dishes focused on nutrient dense whole foods.
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Alex is IDL’s EVP, but you might know his voice as host of our podcast, Bring the Real. Alex started his career in industrial design, and early on discovered a love for the multi-disciplinary aspects of brand experience and branded environments, which he’s channeled by helping to shape the direction of IDL’s growth in a rapidly evolving landscape.
A lifelong brand hound, Alex was a natural choice to host IDL’s podcast. What does he love about it? It’s a cross-section of many of his personal passions - athletic, sportswear apparel, consumer electronics - and how they merge with design.
Alex is first generation Cuban American and the son of two architects that practiced in South Florida. Childhood nostalgia brings back memories of playing with architectural models of the Miami airport and the smell of ammonia from a blueprint machine.
Simply said, Tracee designs spaces. Every space has an experience, or a lack thereof... which is still an experience in itself. She makes sure that whoever and whatever she's designing for communicates a "feeling" that you get when you see, walk through, or share pictures of a space.
One brand that has inspired Tracee since before she even knew what a brand was is Disney. Having visited every Disneyland in the world, she has a huge appreciation for how difficult it is to have a brand expression that transcends a global audience, with experiences and expectations beyond anything you thought imaginable. This, to Tracee, is the definition of a brand that adds authentic value to culture.
Tracee's hodgepodge of hobbies include going to theme parks, making Legos, watching Broadway, ballet and reading fantasy/non-fiction while eating king-sized candy collections. She's attracted to polar ends of the spectrum on most things, purely for the entertainment factor of experiencing things you dislike or even hate.
